Easy Banana Nut Bread

Easy Banana Nut Bread

1/2 cup margarine (1 stick) - softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup mashed bananas
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 9" X 5" loaf pan.
Mix margarine, sugar and brown sugar till smooth.
Beat in the eggs, then bananas, vanilla and cinnamon.
Add flour and baking soda just until combined.
Pour into loaf pan and top with some chopped nuts.
Bake for 1 hour (or until a toothpick comes out clean).
Remove the bread from the pan and let cool.
